Reservation Policy CALL AHEAD 843-241-5398 Our kite boarding lessons fill up quickly, so we encourage you to make your reservation early, especially if you plan to come in June, July, August, or during a holiday. While walk-ins are welcome, there is no guarantee space will be available without a reservation. Payment We require full payment at time of reservation! We accept Visa, Master Card. You may pay by Cash or Check but you must make your reservation at 204 Main Street, North Myrtle Beach at least 48 hours befor reservation time. Cancellation and Refunds We will provide a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled activity. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to activity. If you must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we will reschedule your activity or provide you with a wind check so that you may book at a future date. Weather Policy If we should have to cancel your activity due to weather, we will reschedule your activity, issue you a wind check , or provide you with a refund for the part of the activity you were unable to complete. No Show Policy NO REFUNDS will be given if you fail to show up for your activity! Age Requirements There is no minimum age requirement for kite boarding lessons, however a parent must fill out a waiver for children under the age of eighteen (18). You may download waivers prior to coming. Simply have the parent sign the waiver and bring it with you to your activity. |
